Cancellations term:

• More than 14 days before arrival: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
• 7 to 14 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount pay.
• Less than 5 days before arrival or no-shows: No refund.

Early departure or Missed activity:

• No refunds will be issued for early checkouts, missed surf sessions, meals, or workshops due to personal reasons, weather, or surf conditions.

Refund Method:

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
